超聲波洗凈必須結(jié)合清洗劑，不同性質(zhì)的沾污與物件，需配合適當(dāng)?shù)那逑磩扇夹耘c低燃的清洗劑不可使用在超聲波的清洗上，因為超聲波的空穴效應(yīng)現(xiàn)象產(chǎn)生的能量會轉(zhuǎn)成熱能，使水溫升高，可能使低燃點清洗劑燃燒，同時勿使用酸，漂白劑等會損壞清洗槽體的清洗劑。
